The next few days were an exciting blur of activity. The girls and I picked David up from the DC Airport, then he and I went to a beautiful wedding on a riverbank in Virginia (Congradulations Melanie and Shane!!) The next morning we said good-bye to my brother and his family, missed our hopper flight out of DC, drove to NYC in hopes of catching the international flight, missed the last international flight, and found ourselves unexpectedly sightseeing in the Big Apple!!!
